Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Going Beyond Solutions, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

11. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with any applicable service agreement. Going Beyond Solutions, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unethical, or non-compliant conduct.
